  2. Build the knowledge base

    I load your docs, split them up and set up search so the bot finds the right part fast.

  3. Test on your real questions

    I run your 10 questions, fix weak answers and make sure it says it doesn't know when the answer isn't there.

  4. Launch and walkthrough

    I put it on your site or Slack and send a short video showing how it works and how to add docs.

Why me

Will it make things up?

It only answers from your docs and tells people when it doesn't know.

What does it cost to run?

Usually a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month in AI usage, on your own OpenAI or Anthropic account.

Can I add new docs later?

Yes, Advanced has an admin page for that, or I'll show you how.

ChatGPT or Claude, which one?

Either works. I'll test both on your questions and tell you which answers better.

How do we communicate?

After you pay, I invite you to my Slack. We talk there, so every message, file and decision stays in one place. Calls when we need them.
